From September 2023, the Urban Space 100 grant program will support non-profit projects that deal with the war consequences. Ideas in the following areas can be submitted to the competition: ▪ assistance to the military; ▪ assistance to veterans (rehabilitation, reintegration, socialisation); ▪ improvement of the city inclusiveness (city accessibility for people with reduced mobility); ▪ psychosocial support and integration; ▪ support for military families; ▪ work with IDPs (adults and children). At the general meeting 4 times a year, the Urban Space 100 founders decide which projects will be funded. We have updated the submission rules — learn about them below.
Download ApplicationYou may submit a non-profit project with specific result and objectives by filling in a recommended form. If your project wins, the funds will be sent to the NGO's (public organization, charitable foundation, etc.) account. Therefore, if you are not a participant or a founder of such organization, we recommend you to find a partner that implements similar projects to carry out paper work. The organization Charter should state the right to receive irrevocable financial assistance for the implementation of projects.

A prerequisite for filing a project is an author’s short video address of up to one minute, presenting the project in a concise summary form. This is an opportunity to address the Urban Space 100 participants and briefly reveal the project concept.
The video duration should not exceed 1 minute.
Urban Space 100 participants select projects after preliminary discussion at quarterly general meetings. The participants familiarise the others with the applying projects and vote for those to be funded. Urban Space 100 participants neither publish the voting results nor comment on their decision, they only announce the winning projects.
