AUTUMN GRANT SEASON [15 SEPTEMBER – 15 OCTOBER 2023]

15.09.2023

The autumn grant season was launched by the Urban Space 100 public restaurant on 15 September. It is an opportunity for proactive and active citizens to get funds for the implementation of projects in Ivano-Frankivsk.

At the last General Meeting of the Urban Space 100 public restaurant, held on 29 July 2023, it was decided that from the autumn grant season, Urban Space 100 will support projects that work with the consequences of war.

“We live in the time when we face the challenges of war every day. Urban Space 100 changes the focus of the grant program. We want to make an appeal to active people, public and charitable organisations who care about this issue: Let’s unite our efforts around this! If you have any questions about the grant program or filling out the application form, we will hold a meeting in early October where we will go through all the points, discuss important issues and give answers to the questions you have. So follow our updates,” Urban Space program coordinator, Olesia Didyk, says.

To take part in the grant competition, the project must correspond to one of these areas:

  • Assistance to the military
  • Assistance to veterans (rehabilitation, reintegration, socialisation)
  • Improvement of the city inclusiveness (accessibility of the city for people with reduced mobility)
  • Psychosocial support and integration
  • Support for military families
  • Work with IDPs (adults and children)

Check out the rules to submit projects at the link. Applications are accepted until 15 October inclusive.

On 28 October, the General Meeting of the restaurant’s co-founders will hold the voting and choose the winners. On the same night, you will be able to see the results on the Urban Space 100 project Facebook.
