Educational and rehabilitation center for children with intellectual disabilities is located in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk on the 14a Veterans St. Here children of preschool age from 3 to 7 years old study in the kindergarten and children from 7 to 17 years — at school. The building and the yard are grey and sad. There are no benches on the territory of the center, that’s why the children can’t go for a break or after classes and sit in the open air, as well as parents could not wait for them and rest, sitting on the benches. The children's playground is still a Soviet model, in a terrible state and is not suitable for use by children with special needs.

The organizers plan to turn the yard of the Educational and Rehabilitation Center for children with intellectual disabilities into a modern comfortable leisure and play space, having established 6 benches and a place for entertainment (sandbox and bright safe gambling bus).
