The project is being implemented by VDOMA Social Enterprise, which has proved itself as a free space in Ivano-Frankivsk with interesting events. In 2018, thanks to the financial support of the Ukrainian Catholic University, VDOMA Space launched the grassroot capacity building project among the self-sustained city residents through social meetings, demonstrations of people’s potential and assessment of demand and prices for goods and services offered by the residents to each other, which is aimed at increasing the opportunities, first of all, for women’s entrepreneurship.

The co-working centre created a free workplace for people with no access to office equipment (for example, IDPs or students), mothers with children (often they cannot work at home, but can use a free nursery at VDOMA Space and deal with work issues while their children are playing).

A laptop and an armchair were purchased for the final outfitting of the free workplace at the expense of Urban Space 100 Public Restaurant that had provided a grant.
